Belle Plaine Apartments

In 2019, HFSC was awarded $500,000 in HOME funds from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development as a grant to help facilitate the creation of affordable family living in Sarpy County.  These funds will be applied to the development of four units in the Belle Plaine Apartments development.  This 75-unit complex, just South of Capehart Road in Bellevue, is utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to provide 38 three bedroom and 37 four bedroom new apartments units.  All of these new units are serving families below 60% Area Median Income.
